Andrew,

I ready to put some $ into the juniors. My selection criteria are very simple:

1. It has been actively drilling during the last 5 years.
2. Showed credible gold equivalent reserve at stock price less than $60/oz at POG $395.
3. Near completion of drilling programs or just about to raise capitals for building production plant.

Is there any solid junior miner fit these criteria? I am looking for takeover candidates. Thanks.
