Military personnel under Bush has not increased -- perhaps it has even decreased. Do some more homework kid. You are wrong again. The increases are not substantial but they are increases. Under Clinton we had seven years of military strength decreases. I happen to be one of those who believe those decreases emboldened our enemies and led to ever increasing terrorist attacks against us. Bush started the war on terror If you do not consider the terrorist attacks on the USA, our interests abroad, and our Armed Forces as starting the war on terrorism, we have nothing left to discuss.
