He added: 'The problem was that bureaucratically there is a tendency in Washington to be able to focus on only one big issue at a time. That is the sure sign that the war was politial and not military. The military has huge bureacracy which looks at all aspects of a conflict. It is the Rove reelection campaign which has tunnel vision. TP
