Hi Raymond,

I am trying to get some more information on PCTH. The
disparity between the warrant price and the stock price,
as well as the low PE and low P to book has me very intrigued.
My concerns are:

1) Can a 'conglomerate' work in this day and age?
2) Are there any analysts following the company?
3) Why the cheap valuation? what are the risks?
