Clark said many things on Meet the Press I watched some of that and couldn't help but wonder how he dare play back seat quarterback. How dare he even suggest NATO could, would or should play a role, and we should have waited for NATO. Clark commanded NATO from 1997-2000...During those years, terrorists were escalating attacks around the world. While under Clark's Command, NATO's response was to do nothing! Clark did nothing!!!
