You want to wager a bet with me on that? The whole thing reeks of initial stages of exit strategy. US might leave some token force behind instead of increasing the number of boots on the ground. They seem to want to drop this hot potatoe in Iraqi governing councils hands, proclaim victory (or should I say "mission accomplished" ) and then retreat. If that happens.. only one word comes to my mind "SHAME". I hope that does not happen
