Larry, I ran into the Word Art issue as well. One way to handle is to copy and paste and then just *drag* (put cursor over word art look for ☼ sign thingy and use that to drag)the word art from on top of first Word Art into any other position you want. Can repeat that process for as many as you need.

But for your specific need you could create a table then insert the word art into the table using (from the Word Art Toolbar) 'Text Wrapping' and choosing 'Square.' It automatically puts it into your table box and sizes it! Then you can just copy and paste right into the other table cells you want filled in. Sweet.
