Sonny,

<You could have possibly forgotten the UPS workers and the customers in the losing column? I understand that UPS wages are the highest and cost to customers the lowest? :-)>

I haven't forgotten the UPS workers. When I said UPS was going to be the big loosers this included the workers who in my opinion have made their own bed and will know have to sleep in it. As for their customers, I have little sympathy. Maybe this will be their wake up call to switch shipping companies. I have always hated UPS because I think they are second rate. I have had more bad UPS experiences that I would care to think about. On the other hand, I have never had a bad experience with FedEx. I consider these two companies on opposite ends of the reliability/service spectrum. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. I don't even like to do busines with companies who use UPS for shipping. Having said all that, clearly the implications for the US economy are more profound than a childish baseball strike.
