I am going to go work out since I missed most of last week. I promise I will try not be be competitive about it, though. I will NOT go through the cycle twice as fast this time and show up the woman next to me, even if she is really old and slow. The problem is they have the machines set up in a circle so you have to stare at other people and it just gets those competitive juices flowing. But I will be strong. It will be me against the machine and I will make you proud.
