The only thing that would matter is for all people on this planet to have the opportunity for a decent life. The differences between the developed nations and the so-called "third world" wouldn't be. We would care more about people dying of preventable diseases every day than controlling the resources of weaker countries. There is undoubtedly a lot of good in America but when we start to consider it a "finished" product or the end state then we shouldn't be surprised that history will repeat itself and not in the way we imagine or expect. Still think there is a pretty good chance this all ends very badly jmo
