Ray: The only "warm and fuzzy" feeling I got today was when I saw that additional $1K in my brokerage account at the close. Just can't get enough of those 32nds! (vbg)

Actually, I just talked to Susan and Chip long enough to arrange for somebody to be available if/when Joe called. We didn't talk business; just about facilitating Joe's quest for information. They both thought it was a good idea, so they encouraged me to follow through.

FWIW, there are still a number of people out there that don't quite understand what's going on. I only know this because I'm getting phone calls from lurkers on this thread that are friends of mine asking me to explain the whole convertible debenture issue. (I just got two more calls tonight after my last post.) So Joe's exercise should be illuminating for a number of people. This debenture issue is obviously quite complicated, but Joe seems to be the right person to tackle it, given his obvious expertise in accounting and finance. (The last time I heard someone use the term "paid in capital" was in an accounting course almost a decade ago, yet Joe uses it like it's his first language.) So I'm encouraging him to pick up the ball and run with it for the benefit of everyone here, including myself. (Joe: You da man... Go for it!)

Good luck to all.
