Also, I hear they've just closed that one? A bit too good to be true anyway. <Were you able to buy land with just a US passport? Or did you get a visa too?> Americans can buy land in Canada... I've owned here for years. Yes, I'll probably always have to do US income taxes unless I give up my citizenship... ie. no dual, Canadian only. Won't do that unless Shrubs drops a nuke on someone. -ggg- DAK
