Jay: I have been surprised by the relatively poor performance of oil and oil service stocks this year. OIl prices remain quite high and most commodity related equities have done very well. The market seems to expect oil prices to correct sharply. in the not too distant future. Once that happens these stocks should do much better IMHO.
