(Nasdaq: MRVC - News), a leading provider of unlimited connectivity solutions for mission critical networks, today announced its LX-4048 Secure Remote Console Server was chosen by Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW - News) for the remote management solution in its new Sun Fire V60x compute grid rack system.

The Sun Fire V60x Compute Grid rack system is an integrated hardware and software system that enables faster, easier and more reliable implementation of Grid computing. This compute grid rack system offers outstanding performance, excellent price/performance and high density and is ideal for compute-intensive applications. The Cluster Grid Manager management node with preloaded management software helps to ease ongoing management, reduce system administration cost and improve resource utilization.
