I have two women neighbors -- who adopted three kids out of the foster system here in Massachusetts (they are great parents) -- and they will be very happy. This will allow them to legally validate their relationship. Its a good thing. Finally the country is shaking off its cob webs and allowing itself to be vulnerable & open to new ideas. -JH
