Gee, I wonder why the foreign buyers of US TREASURIES are gone? Maybe cuz they realize that there is an avalanche of paper (TREASURIES) still coming -- devaluing what they would buy today.

NOV 18, 2003: The Treasury Department issued earlier Tuesday its regular statistics on foreign demand in U.S.-based assets. The latest results show a severe slowdown - to a five-year low -- in foreign purchases of U.S. bond, stock and agency securities, cutting the need for dollars to buy these investments, said Tony Crescenzi, chief bond market strategist with Miller Tabak & Co., in note to clients responding to the dollar's tumble.
