Banziger and Hart had a legal duty to investors. And Ted Carter isn't a friend. He's a professional financial newsletter writer who makes a ton of money off his rag. He has a responsability to his readers. And by the way, "speculative" investment does not equal fraud and scam. You want us to believe that Kim Hart "made a mistake" and is just a great human being who's being "honest"? Grow up. A "mistake" like that isn't allowable in the grown-up world of investment. As for what the shorts think, I could care less. We've converted shares to stock certificates on Carter's urging, waited endless months to resume trading and posted BS on this thread about how great the imminent announcements were to be. For what? The money is gone but the investigation into Banzinger, Hart et al has just begun. Your post reminds me of the nonsense on the Bre-X thread when it was clear it was all a scam.
