Financial Journalists' stock ownership


First: Mr. Glasser's column omitted any discussion of the largest groups of financial journalists -- those at Dow Jones, Reuters and Bloomberg. Second: I'll stick my Reuters' policy, which I lived with for a quarter of a century. A reporter reports all stock ownership to management. That reporter can do no original reporting on the stocks owned. Releases can be rewritten, but nothing more.
