Darn it, I'm sorry I should have said the first thing I had her do was a cold boot. No help. I must have a case of BSE, bovine spongiform encephalopathy, or something. Since I am not at her desk I realize it'd be hard to troubleshoot this one just thought it might 'fit' into a known issue. IS boys are being called... it's just that they are, uh, really stupid* usually. lol RO *True Example: Woman calls help line at my company and sez she can't figure out how to print landscape to her HP printer. Boyz come up and look, can't get it to work and say they need to take her printer on their cart back to their 'pc lab' to look into problem. She asks my boss if he can help instead and in a few menu button pushes she is printing landscape. love it.
