Interesting retort. I see you put all the effort into it that you did researching Syquests balance sheet.

Look. You don't talk to the press when you are on the offensive. It's not done. They have nothing to defend in public, and it would've shown they were not confident in their suit if they had to debate it in public. It's a patent violation. End of story. That's all there is to it. As for the timing of it, they weren't given the patent until mid-July, so they couldn't have made the suit until then anyway even if they wanted to. It doesn't belong in a public debate anyway. When is the last time you saw somebody sue for patent infringement and then go on CNBC to push their case? All IOM has done and should do is leave it to the courts. What does public opinion have to do with it anyway? It's not like they can influence the court's decision.

As for debating, it's being done all too well on the store shelves. You guys are just bitter because IOM wasn't there to help take the focus off your CEO which I can understand. Rather than a lively debate, all the audience saw was an embarrassing display of so-called leadership. You know it, and I know it. His appearance was atrocious. The focus was SYQT earnings, not the lawsuit. After what you saw, do you honestly still want him to debate IOM? You should be happy he didn't have Mark Haines AND Kim Edwards to deal with.
