Carter was handed a disasterous situation in Iran LOL. The loss of Iran, a long-time ally and relatively westward leaning nation among Islamic lands, to Islamic extremists in his third year in office isn't Carter's fault, but you think Bush brought about the recession that started in his first quarter.
