TNH class action law suit may become a reality. My broker called last week and told me that a number of TNH limited partnership shareholders who got short changed in the conversion from LP to the common will be participating in a class action law suit. There are about 300,000 shares that do not convert and lost about $18/share. Details will be forthcoming. I am once again hopeful something will happen. Bob bobllee@prodigy.com
