There are many substantiated cases were the basic science of a new drug is done at public expense through NIH and the IP is transferred to big Pharma which has little development cost involved, yet charges the public exorbitant prices, OK genius, since you said it. It's time to put up or shut up. Name exactly TWO, and outline the development costs, and show how the pharmaceutical company is getting rich with "little development costs" compared to the NIH funding. No more making it up.
