strong buy to buy based on what factors? politics? valuation? my question is this--what is the next buying opportuinity for tbr? i participated in the last 80 point run up, but still am a bit skittish till i hear a bit more about their fundamentals--it may be fairly valued at these levels--with a decent but unspectacular upside. we know brazil is a fast growing economy, questions still exist about cardoso, political stability, the real, deregulation, and the booming national debt. what price is a gift horse? if it drops to 100-110 i would probably jump in again.
