Thank you but I tried it and I do not have "Activation" under System Tools.

I notice on my computer when I click on Activation under System Tools all I get is message telling me my copy of Windows XP has been activated and to click here to exit. I suspect Microsoft is keeping the telephone number hidden to eliminate unnecessary phone calls. I suggest until the time your copy of Windows XP starts bugging you about activation you shouldn't waste your time looking for a phone number. Then if you make a change that requires reactivation Windows XP will be all over you telling you how to reactivate your copy either over the Internet or by phone.
