I think that would be too obvious. Thus I proposed introducing the off-shore account. This could actually be a third party entity. J.P. Morgan knows exactly how to set this sort of thing up. They got plenty of experience with their Mahonia contrivance for Enron, among other examples.

These off-shore transactions are much more difficult for U.S. prosecutors and AGs to get a whiff of. And the public, as always, is left totally in the dark.
