Hey, your a tough one to answer. If you were to phone Arne at the ORI office I am sure he would send you diagrams that show the 3 D picture of the decline. It is a shaft now about 2500 feet in lenght and about 12x12 in dimension. It is designed as a production shaft so if mining does commence they already have the operation shaft to move trucks etc in and out of the mine. The drilling is being done in groups of 3 at about 50 meteres distance apart between each group. The 3 holes in each are drilled in a fan shape and at different angles, i.e. minus 41 degrees, minus 60 degrees etc. I suppose you could get a rough internal picture by using the shaft floor as a basis to draw an imaginary line straight forward from the drill platform. Then draw a line at the drill angle for the distance the hole is drilled. The angular difference from base to end of drill hole would give you a footage of height. The difference between the 3 holes should project some kind of height and depth relationship. ORI and AKA have not reported the angle of drilling normally but did recently in the last report. A geologist has a method of calculating potential tonnage of minneralized ore. Got no idea how. It is not until good fill in drilling is done thaty you can report estyimated or drill indicated tonnage that would be acceptable by the stock exchange , industry etc.
It is not a science I don't think but the guys in the business do a good job on the whole. The programme on the AKA property must have at least 1.5 million tons of mineralized ore and in my opinion only, could have that much in actual ounces of gold. The ORI property could be knocking on the door with the same kind of figureThe way the drill programmes are being done it is possible the results could be reported as drill indicated based on the continuity of drill results and the pattern they have been drilled.
