I concur.. But will the ECB have the common sense to understand that as well?

There is too much VERY PAINFUL socio-economic restructuring to do in Europe. And many people there will NOT be inclined to cooperate.

Combined with the potential that Bush opts to wash his hands of Iraq and leaves it to Europe to clean up, and their growing muslim populations???

Maybe they might think twice about their nasty attitudes about Bush enforcing UNSC resolutions their governments did nothing but chatter about...

It's a real possibility that Bush tells the UN/NATO to take over, and then offers American assistance on OUR OWN terms, with them bearing the ultimate responsibility for mission success.

Can you say Bosnia/Kosovo all over again?
