Reagan signed the S+L deregulation into law and proclaimed it was a great day for free enterprise. In other words, a great day for white collar crooks who were now free to rip off the treasury for 400 billion bucks we are still paying off. Just like their energy deregulation an the inevitable amssive ripoffs during their phony energy crisis. And they're probably stealing meny billions in Iraq too. Where is that oil revenue they promised us? THIEVES.
