WHEW!!! Sweat sweat. You got me working tonight. The deal is fairly complex but: 4 million in 4 years gives ORI 60% of AKA. The deal between TYG and ORI would give TYG 30% of ORI. AKA keeps 30% and 10% goes to Taurus. ORI can buy out the Taurus percentage for l.5 million. ORI is committed to pay any expences for AKA up to production and AKA will reimburse ORI out of earnings. Taurus is a company formed by a group of prior debenture holders who were owed money when a programme AKA was involved with collapsed leaving certain suppliers with accounts receivable. AKA got all its property back but was strapped with these debts. This system allowed the company to get on with its business and provides Taurus with a means of recovering its money. A good deal for all.
