as Cisco would testify I wonder if there isn't a risk in having technologies copied by certain Chinese high tech companies. Cisco has sued Huawei, an already large and very fast growing Chinese company, for copying its code and making knockoffs of certain Cisco high profit products. Huawei has backed off for now but there's no telling what a small company like MRV could do to defend its intellectual property when companies partially owned by the government or high ranking members of the Chinese government or the Army decide to do some creative thievery. Getting in bed with some people can be dangerous to yur (fiscal) health. IMHO. Dee Jay
