Greg made the point about Sun being the lead there and I imagine that Sun will be as aggressive in defending its property as Cisco has been. As much as leaders can be subject to embasrrassment I'm sure that some were disturbed by Cisco's having to sue a leading Chinese exporter of high tech gear. Huawei has stopped the offending sales, a plus, and has made some conciliatory moves if I recall correctly, so maybe the Chinese have learned something there. Not that it extends all that far in relation to counterfeiting software and DVDs, etc. Dee Jay
