Hi Sergio and others,
It sure looks to me like Mr. Doppler's officially holding only 1500 shares.
The 220,000 shares that Harley is mentioning are, according to the
BCSC, actually options that Doppler was granted when he came on as president.
Stevie Wonder has yet to exercise any of them. Mind you with the stock
trading on the open market at about 60% of his exercise price he'd
need to be pretty foolish to do that, and one thing that your typical
VSE listed company prez isn't, is foolish with his own money.
It sure took him long enough to report selling the 10,000 shares in
May -- three months. Oh well, a guy gets busy ...

Mr Stephen B. Doppler has joined the board of directors and has been
appointed president of the company. Mr Doppler has over ten years of
diversified professional managerial experience with mining companies
and consulting firms, as well as international expertise in precious
and base metal acquisitions.
The company is evaluating West African acquisition targets identified
during Balfour Holding's recent visit to the region. Negotiations to
secure a mining permit for an advanced stage gold project are
continuing.
