It is my understanding that this bb stock is not required to post quarterly reports, it has to do with SEC regulations. However it"s not to say that Russ Chapman could keep the stockholders better imformed. You can call North American Corporate Consultants Inc. and speak to Bill Tunnell (tell # 602-561-1300) He will give you any information that Russ Chapman passes along. You coud also state your concerns about poor information given to the stock holders.
