I did not miss your point, but point about unfairness to a couple of people is like re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

You're the one that's not seeing that what you are concerned about is not outcome determinative, which is a very polite way to say it is just not the problem.

And the solution lies after you isolate the real non emotional problem.

Of course, in a non-judicial prosecutorial setting you will not have fairness.

That what the courts are for. And to say that Martha should get off because she was only a little bit guilty is to forget

THAT SHE WAS A MEMBER OF FRIGGING BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NYSE!!!!!!!! .

DO NOT LET THE BETTER DRIVE OUT THE GOOD.
