WSJ reports 8k was required because 30 days elapsed since CSCC merger. People have been saying it was filed because of huge revenue shortfall. NOT TRUE. Apparently, these have to be filed 30 days after every merger. H&Q reports that expected revenue was 20% of quarter projection, actual revenue was 19% of quarter projection. Not a cataclysmic event.
