I know they say that. They're talking about the "full faith and credit" clause, which reads "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State."

All I can say is that Virginia law is directly on point that Virginia is not obliged by that clause to recognize marriages which violate Virginia public policy.

I've already gone into this a few weeks ago, will expand more when I get back from court, gotta run.
