Minor annoyance warning about "Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (KB824145)" from Microsoft.

I allowed it to be installed on the 17th and have been living with the scroll bar moving the position in the window by twice as far as it should. This double scroll bar move is very annoying, so I am now using the page down key or dragging rather than clicking in the scroll bar.

I cannot believe they missed this one in quality testing.

I do not know if there is a similar issue with horizontal scrolling.
