The officer who signed the court-martial charge sheet and the prosecutors (lawyers) need some line time. A coupla months of front-line combat would square them away. Unfortunately it won't happen. What the hell do they think combat is all about? Is it really legal to kill someone...but unlawful to scare them in a combat zone? What a load of BS. Let's hope the LTC gets a board of experienced combat line officers for his court-martial.
