In this instance I am very patient. Steve Smith's (the company founder and president) built the first super rich ice cream company ,When established he sold out for many many dollars. He has a proven track record and has been slowly establishing his new products very adroitly. Perhaps one reason his controlled growth has been somewhat slow is the fact he will not acceed to retailers demands for payment for shelf space in their stores. Initially he started out by capturing the high end market around New York City i.e. the night club and Bistro's. Steve at that time was headquartered in Great Neck N>Y> which is relatively close to Manhattan. His products are unchallenged-his ultimate success is distribution channels. That's what the Hansen acquisition is all about. The impact of Hansen's will (IMHO) show up on the bottom line in 6 months to a year. Then it will be off to the races.
