Two wrongs don't make a right.
Using that logic. we should have immediately surrendered after Pearl Harbor because stopping the Japanese militarists was going to cost millions of already enraged Japanese lives. And surrendered to the Germans when they declared war on us on Dec 11, 1941 because we would have to kill millions of them who were justifiably enraged by the screwing they got from the frogs at Versailles.

And the Brits should have gotten out of Ireland long before 1921 because of the atrocities they had previously committed against a justifiably enraged Irish people.

You aren't honestly advancing "Two wrongs don't make a right." as an argument in this matter, are you?

Wake up and smell the real world.
