Zenda, Zenda... now where have I heard that name? It sounds like a Country in Africa. That should be Zendia. Yeh that's it. Proximal to Elbonia. We understand that the ambassador from Elbonia to Zenda will not visit the nation's capital, as it has no flush toilets or writing paper. Zenda apparently can afford them, but is taking precautions that western business does not discover them before they can take full advantage of their intellectual capital, or lack thereof. EC<:-}
