Isn't it clear to even the most ardently nationalistic (of any nation) that anything which carries with it the possibility of nuclear holocaust is EVERYBODY's business?

Patriotism is laudable. Mindless patriotism, whether it comes from Cheney or Yiwu Zhang, is a threat to the world.
