i read the BCON (aka b-con) k, and gleaned the following:

1. incorporated in 1997
2. managed to blow 114mm without developing a profit center
3. no parts for their product, and also suprisingly, no orders for products
4. no mfg'ing for products
5. running out of capital in need of financing (IMO gotta below market whore deal nobody risks anything with the co's historic record)

i am moving forward to see what they've accomplished since last 10k.. so far they could be the posterchild for "how not to run a business" absolute pathetic management. if they were japaneese they'd have committed herry kerry so as not to disgrace their family name.
