Ray,

My first impression looking at the Lance/Minter interview is it contains a lot of unsupported nonsense and fantasy based conclusion jumping. I think the hardest part of going over those kinds of write ups is a person would just about have to use some kind of spread sheet to sort fact from fiction from commercially inspired opinion.

The idea 9/11 was planned by terrorists for over a decade is absurd. From the time the decision to strike was made, to 9/11, couldn't have been over 6 months, and even so most of the world's major intelligence agencies were aware of the plot to some degree. The theory that catching some of the bad guys years in the past would have prevented the attacks is equally absurd. It's not like terrorists are so rare that whoever wanted to see 9/11 take place couldn't have made it happen because a few had been jailed in the past. They'd just run an ad in the help wanted terrorist section of the classifieds and look over the resumes of unemployed suicide bombers. Hyperbole of course, but that's about what it amounts to.

This piece did catch my attention:

I'd be curious to see documentation on that one, but I wouldn't waste money on his book.
