I admire his dedication and drive. We disagree on the amount of lean protein on a calorie basis. He has the traditional 20% view, while I believe that 40% is optimum. Nonetheless, we both feel that our nation's children need to be educated on healthier eating habits.

I agree that we seem to be in the middle of an upturn. It would be great if it lasts. Although, the market looks a little shaky here.
