Sierra, all comments are with due respect to you and all, BUT my "INSTINCTS" " APPEAR" to tell me a few things. You try to reap the rewards of Carter's newsletter without a subscription. Otherwise you would have known 4 or 5 YEARS ago Carter always goes on holiday at this time of year. He is NOT in Sungold IR, PR or any R for, with, or paid by Sungold ! You are OBVIOUSLY not aware of the criteria of information by which the newsletter is based. Or you would know, gas grass or ass no one rides for free, and there is no guarantee's in life.
He provides information and opinons and viewpoints, what you do with them is YOUR business. The reason he is so well respected, is because of his track record, not because he owns a crystal ball ! And if you and your investment are peeved (as me and mine are) then you should imagine Carter and his investment is well beyond this point.
As far as Sungold not responding yet. How about giving them a moment to digest the release and plan a course of action rather than making kneejerk repsonses as I have read here.
Am I happy? NO! Is this dead in the water? NO! I won't say this is the worst case scenario until I see what results come from this. Did the VSE delist SUM? NO! What happens to the shorts if SUM announces a financing B4 trading resumes. Not much doubt in my mind. Maybe just maybe the VSE comments will oblige SUM to provide irrivocable info to trade. The keyword in the release that I read was "APPEAR". There is more to come of this my friends.
Remember, one of the things we all liked about this stock is that it is not widely held. The shorts ARE fairly widely held (and by who). If the preassure is put on the VSE,who do you think they will succumb to. Also in light of all the foul stocks of recent perhaps the VSE is saying "better right than sure!" I've seen nothing to do with fraud, scam, delist, or thief in facts. ( Or they would have been delisted)
My first spin on this is that I don't like it, but I'll wait to see what comes of it before I decide conclusively it is good or it is bad. It does let Sungold know there is no dicking around, and have the goods or walk.
Yup, they have a full day ahead of them!
