The chickenhawk right-wing in calling everyone else "traitors" forget the fact not a single one of their leaders every dared to go into combat. Not a single one. Unless you count Mr. Iran-Contra Ollie North. I'd hardly consider him "major" though. Yet their favorite targets, Kerry and Clark, are both Silver Star winners. Grey Davis was a Bronze Star winner. Gore was in Nam. Max Cleland whom they slimed is a war hero. The GOP's only three war heros; Powell (if he's actually a Republican), McCain and Hagel usually disagree with Bushie policy.
