Two different modalities at work here.... Native Americans did not "own" land, that was a concept beyond their sensitivities. They did however defend lands they were living and hunting on. Furthermore, in America's case, the native people signed Treaties (even under duress) to achieve peace with the European colonists. The Palestinians and Arabs have signed NO such agreement to allow Westerners to partition THEIR land. Time is running out for Isra'El, how goes the packing? len
