Troops in Iraq don't stop terrorism in Iraq. The war on terror is a battle for the hearts and minds. Right now the score is bin Laden 14, Rumsfeld 0. Didn't have to be this way. If we had a president that governed from the center, we would not have half of our population against what is going on. The most support Bush has is from this country. The rest of the world is mostly against Bush. Now when your policies are leaving more than half of the people in the world against you, then you need to check in with the people, or be ousted in 2004. Since the war on terror requires good cooperation and intelligence to be effective, not armies per say, how does that effect the real war on terror? Answer: It greatly hinders that effort. Orca
